Your wedding cake experience

Congratulations on your engagement and wedding planning!
I am so glad you found us and might consider us to cater for your wedding. Let me walk you through our process.
One - Check availability
Please complete the form below and if your date is available, then we have a brief discovery call to talk through your requirements. I provide an estimated cost of your wedding cake for your planning.
Two - Save the date
All wedding cake orders require a non-refundable deposit of £100.
For cakes with less than 4 weeks notice the full cost of the cake must be paid at time of booking. All deposits must be paid within 7 days of the invoice being sent, dates cannot be held open without a deposit.
After 7 days, if no deposit has been received then the event date will be released and another booking may be taken, which may mean we are no longer able to accommodate you. We will provide you with a rough quote for the cake after your initial email which is valid for a period of 7 calendar days. After this time we have the right to recalculate based on our current prices.
Three - Taster box
Once you booked with us, if you cannot decide which flavours to choose for your cake, we offer a complimentary taster box which includes a selection of six different flavours of your choice served in cake pots. All tasters must be collected from WD6, however shipping is available for a small fee. Cake testers will be available at selected dates throughout the year and couples will be contacted to arrange this.
If you are not ready to book with us just yet but would like to order a taster box, you can definitely do so! They are charged at £25 per box of six flavours and tasters can not be made on request.
Four - Consultation
We will schedule either a zoom call or in person meeting at a mutually convenient location.
We explore and discuss your wedding day, colours, themes, florals and all necessary details.
Following our discussion, we will send you a detailed quote and a mood board/sketches of your dream cake. The proposal can be refined to ensure the cake delivers your expectations. After choosing 'The one', you will receive a final confirmation quote and after this no amendments can be made
Five - Final payment
All balances are due 4 weeks before your event. A reminder will be sent a week before the final balance is due.
If this payment is not received 28 days before your event then we have the right to cancel your booking. Payments can be made in instalments if you wish, but for administration purposes, this would be in a maximum of 4 instalments.
We will liaise with your venue/other suppliers in the run up to your wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly and you have nothing to worry about.
Six - The DAY!
We will deliver and set up your cake on the day, ready for you and your guests to enjoy.
We will ensure a smooth handover of the cake with your venue team so that all that’s left for you to do is cut the cake!

Two tier cake - 40 - 50 servings - from £260
Two tier cake - 60 - 70 servings- from £320
Three tier cake - 80 - 90 servings - from £410
Three tier cake - 90 - 100 servings- from £460
Please note the prices above are starting from and could change depending on complexity of design and flavour choice.
The prices above include delivery and set up within 50 miles from WD6.
Delivery includes making all arrangements with the venue, florist and others to ensure the cake is delivered in situ ready for your special day.

Best of both worlds –alternating chocolate & vanilla sponges with vanilla bean buttercream
Red Velvet
Fluffy and soft cake with a hint of chocolate paired with vanilla bean buttercream
Spiced Carrot
Spiced carrot sponge studded with crunchy walnuts and layered with spiced buttercream
Ferrero
Dark chocolate sponge with Nutella ganache and extra hazelnuts
Black Forest
Dark chocolate sponge infused with cherry syrup, vanilla bean buttercream and black cherry conserve
Very Lemon
Refreshing lemon flavoured sponge, zingy lemon buttercream and lemon curd
Blueberry Lemon
Refreshing lemon flavoured sponge infused with elderflower, zingy lemon buttercream and blueberry conserve
Pistachio & Raspberry
Pistachio cake with white chocolate ganache, crunchy pistachios and raspberry conserve.
