Once you’ve submitted your initial enquiry form with your confirmed event date, we’ll be in touch within 48 hours to confirm availability.​

From there, we’ll arrange a complimentary discovery call to explore how we can work together. During this chat, we’ll go over commonly asked questions, discuss your ideas and inspirations, and explore different design directions to help shape your perfect cake. After the call, we’ll provide a tailored cost estimate along with helpful tips and guidance to support your planning process.
Cake Tasting
It’s time to indulge! Our cake tasting experience is the perfect way to explore our flavours — and while it’s not mandatory, we highly recommend it as part of your luxury cake journey.

For a fee of £40 (including UK postage), you can order a beautifully curated tasting box featuring six of our most popular flavours. Delivered via next-day service, the box allows you to enjoy each bite in the comfort of your home, completely stress-free.

Design
Your cake design begins with a personal consultation — either via phone or Zoom — where we take the time to truly understand your celebration. We’ll explore your vision, event details, colour palette, themes, florals, and any inspiration you’d love to share. Whether it’s a wedding, milestone birthday, or a unique celebration, this conversation is the foundation for a cake that reflects your style and story.

Following the consultation, we’ll create and send you a bespoke cake sketch tailored to your brief. From there, we’ll refine and adjust the design as many times as needed — collaborating closely until we find the one that feels just right.
Delivery & Set Up
We offer delivery and setup services to ensure a completely stress-free experience. Whether it’s a wedding or another special celebration, we’ll take care of everything so you can focus on enjoying your day. We’ll coordinate directly with your venue team for a smooth handover, ensuring your cake is perfectly in place and ready to impress — all that’s left is to cut and enjoy!

Alternatively, you’re welcome to collect your cake from our studio in WD6. However, for tiered cakes, we strongly recommend opting for delivery to ensure safe transport and proper setup.
